This blog is for anyone who wants to achieve something they believe is beyond what achieve today. It unveils a unique framework of thinking – of structuring your growth to achieve real-life, tangible results.
We have all been taught to think in binary ways about ourselves – physical or mental. Unfortunately, that is faulty thinking. Mental tends to mean anything that goes into or goes on inside your head.
In reality, the inside of your head has to main functions. One, to obtain and utilize knowledge. Two, to process emotions.
Most people believe the road to success is all about the first function and they invest tremendously in knowledge, while ignoring the more powerful function.
As you think about the people who you know who are successful, what do you notice that makes them different? Is it what they know, or how they think?
As you think about the people you like to be around, or the best boss you’ve had, ask yourself, “What is it that makes them different, special?” Lots of people have gone to good schools. Lots of people can physically do the job of CEO or manager. What makes the most successful people different is the management of their emotions.
How can you become one of these high-performance people? How can you learn to manage your emotions to become happier and more successful?
These are the questions we’ll explore and answer in this blog.
